More

Offering a holistic approach with empathy and expertise

Medication Management

Medication management is a psychiatric service that allows your Thoughtfully Guided Mental Health & Wellness provider to oversee the medications that you are taking. Many people with mental health conditions benefit from psychiatric medication to help with symptom relief. Medication management helps you find the right medication and dosage to manage your mental well-being and ensures that none of your prescriptions cause troublesome interactions.

Mood Disorders

Many people feel sad or down from time to time; however, people with a mood disorder experience consistent feelings of sadness or irritability. Thoughtfully Guided Mental Health & Wellness provides comprehensive psychiatric care for those with mood disorders, including major depressive disorder (MDD), postpartum depression, and bipolar disorder. They understand how mood disorders can affect every aspect of your life, and they provide compassionate care to help relieve your symptoms and improve your quality of life.

Psychiatric Evaluations

A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is the first step toward understanding emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. During your evaluation, your provider takes the time to discuss your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and personal goals to develop an accurate diagnosis and an individualized treatment plan. Whether someone is experiencing anxiety, depression, mood changes, ADHD, or another mental health condition, a thorough psychiatric evaluation provides the foundation for compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person's unique needs.

ADHD and Depression Treatment

ADHD and depression frequently occur together, making it difficult to manage focus, motivation, energy, and emotional well-being. A comprehensive evaluation can help identify how these conditions interact and guide the development of a personalized treatment plan. Through evidence-based care, including medication management, psychotherapy, and practical coping strategies when appropriate, individuals can reduce troublesome symptoms, improve daily functioning, and regain confidence in their personal, academic, and professional lives.
